What does it mean for Holocaust survivors to tell their stories—for them and for us?
We stand on the edge of a new era with both the living history of the Holocaust and methods of storytelling. As the Holocaust survivor population ages, we are approaching the day when in-person testimony will no longer be an option. At the same time, new technology is allowing us to preserve our storytellers interactively. 116 CAMERAS gives us a necessary vantage point to reflect on these changes as we move into a new era of storytelling and Holocaust memory.
The film will be available educationally in the coming months. Please contact us at: davina at birdlings.com for more information or join our mailing list for updates on the film.
